Wait. Was that a car over there? Frontier with available Blind Spot Warning helps keep an eye on the blind spot area and gives you a heads-up if it detects a vehicle hiding there.
Rear Cross Traffic Alert
Fear no parking lot, or driveway. When you’re backing out of your space, available Rear Cross Traffic Alert watches around the rear of your Frontier and can warn you about cars it detects creeping up on you from either side.
Lane Departure Warning
Hold it right there. Available Lane Departure Warning helps make sure you change lanes only when you mean to. If the system detects that you’re drifting over, a gentle buzz on the steering wheel can let you know.
High Beam Assist
Available High Beam Assist can automatically deactivate Frontier’s high beams if it detects an oncoming vehicle, a response appreciated by everyone. After the driver has passed, the system can reactivate the high beams.

Nissan Advanced Air Bag System includes dual-stage driver and dual-stage passenger supplemental front air bags with seatbelt sensors. In addition, Frontier is equipped with front seat-mounted side-impact supplemental air bags, front-seat knee air bags, and roof-mounted curtain side-impact supplemental air bags with rollover sensor.
Road-gripping technology
When it detects oversteer or understeer, Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) can reduce engine power and apply brake pressure to specific wheels. Traction Control System can sense wheel slip or spin and responds by instantly helping reduce throttle.
Brake smarter
The Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) rapidly pumps the brakes during hard braking to help prevent your wheels from locking. Brake Assist helps apply maximum braking force if it detects a hard-braking situation.
